Jeanie Fay-Snow Bio

Jeanie is a Leadership Coach with over 25 years experience working with senior leaders across a range of industries and functions. Most recently, Jeanie concluded 10 years at Google where she coached senior leaders and their teams across all global businesses. In addition, she contributed to the design and facilitation of unique programs including Leading in Complexity and Leading at Scale. She also was a Talent Development  Consultant with The Hub @ The Google School for leaders where she designed and coached leaders in tailored customized experiences to support accelerated and sustainable development.

Prior to beginning her coaching career Jeanie spent 20+ years in business roles including finance, marketing, strategy consulting and leadership development with companies including Nestle, Russell Reynolds Associates and Prophet.

Jeanie’s coaching work focuses on empowering senior leaders and their teams to achieve higher impact, sustainable change and career satisfaction. She helps leaders challenge the assumptions that drive their behavior and to increase their capacity to make sense of the ever changing world. She believes that by cultivating our awareness and seeing the world through multiple perspectives we will better understand each other, see new possibilities and take different actions. She helps leaders grow their range and choice, enriching their lives and the lives of others. She challenges limiting beliefs while using a sense of humor to make the process fun.

Jeanie has a BA in International Relations from Stanford, an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern and a Masters in Counseling from Dominican University. She is certified in several 360 and diagnostic instruments, including Leadership Circle, and is a certified Growth Edge Coach and Ashridge Accredited Supervisor.

Jeanie is a native San Franciscan where she lives with her husband. She has two sons in their early career journeys as young professionals working in Chicago and New  York.
